All donations made through our website are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card, mobile money, or PayPal account details on our servers. By making a donation, you acknowledge that donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or without your authorisation, please contact us immediately and we will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Hearts for child reserves the right to refuse or cancel any donation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or any other activity that we believe may harm our organisation or our beneficiaries.

When you apply to volunteer or express interest in partnering with Hearts for child through our website, you agree to provide truthful and complete information about yourself or your organisation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any volunteer application or partnership expression of interest at our sole discretion.

Volunteers and partners are expected to adhere to our organisational policies, including our Child Safeguarding Policy, Code of Conduct, and any other applicable policies communicated during orientation or engagement. Violation of these policies may result in termination of the volunteer or partner relationship.
